Shipping and Delivery Policy

Processing Time: All orders will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days.

Shipping Carrier: Shipping will be done through a carrier service selected by the customer at the time of checkout. The shipping options available and the respective delivery time will be displayed on the checkout page.

Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for the selected carrier service will be displayed on the checkout page. Delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is processed and shipped.

Tracking Information: Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to track the order on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be calculated based on the shipping destination, weight and dimensions of the products, and the selected carrier service.

Delivery Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address may result in a delay or be returned to the sender.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, the customer should contact the carrier immediately. We will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier, but we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
